At Starforge Systems, we stand by the craftsmanship of our high-performance PCs and offer a 14-day return window to ensure you are completely satisfied with your build. All returns must be shipped in their original protective packaging to ensure the safety of the premium components during transit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a detailed reason for the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

• 2.
  Prepare the System

  Securely pack your PC in its original double-layered box with the internal expanding foam intact to prevent hardware damage during shipping.

• 3.
  Ship to Starforge

  Affix the provided shipping label to the exterior of the box and drop it off at an authorized carrier location; we recommend a signature requirement for high-value electronics.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the system's condition and component integrity, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
